We offer an honest No Fix - No Fee policy to ensure customer satisfaction even in the rare event that their laptop cannot be repaired or a repair would be just uneconomical. With over 97% of laptops successfully repaired at the quoted price, we can afford to waive the charges for the rest.

Some companies charge for replacing the power socket jack even if that doesn't repair the fault. Our No Fix - No Fee policy would cover that event and you would not be charged.

Other companies will charge you for engineer time even when they don't repair your laptop. We see that as throwing good money after bad and we would prefer to let you use that cash towards a replacement laptop.

Before you send us the laptop we will try to determine if a repair is feasible by asking you about the events that led to the failure. We may also get you to perform a few simple tests to help us identify the problem and possible solutions.
